The suction and unloading crane is a special equipment for the roasting workshop of carbon, graphite, negative electrode materials and other industries. It mainly consists of six major parts: bridge frame, large and small trolley operating mechanism, suction and unloading system, cooling system, dust removal system, and electric control system.

The main purpose of the suction and unloading crane:

1. Use the unloading pipe to fill the filler into the furnace pit;

2. Use the suction pipe to suck out the high-temperature filling material from the furnace pit, and separate the material and ash;

3. There is an electric hoist under the bridge frame to assist in hoisting.

The whole vehicle adopts PLC control, frequency conversion speed regulation and other configurations, and has been widely used in major carbon factories across the country, reaching the international advanced level, greatly improving the harsh working environment, reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency.
