Roasting multi-functional crane is a special equipment for pre-baking anode workshop. Its main process operations:

1. Use the tongs to transport the carbon block back and forth between the grouping/ungrouping.

2. Use the tongs to put the charcoal into/out of the kang of the roasting furnace.

3. Use the unloading pipe to fill the filler into the furnace pit.

4. Use the suction pipe to suck out the high-temperature filling material from the furnace pit.

5. There is an electric hoist under the bridge frame to assist lifting.

The whole machine adopts PLC control, frequency conversion speed regulation and other configurations, and has been widely used in major carbon factories in the country, reaching the international advanced level, greatly improving the harsh working environment and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
